 | Arriving in just 55-minutes, you'll be treated to an unforgettable scenic flight over the spectacular, majestic mountains that seem almost close enough to touch. The flight is complemented with a landing on one of the ice glaciers, over 5000ft high! On the glacier, the engine is shut down, allowing you to take in the peace and serenity of the majestic Southern alps. On return to the airport, you are escorted up to the Mount Cook village where you'll spend the evening in the luxurious Wakefield Wing of the Hermitage Hotel, with spectacular views of Mt Cook and surrounding mountains. |
